Wisconsin Law Provides

A participant in a recreational activity accepts the risk inherent in the activity of which the ordinary prudent person is or should be aware.

A participant in a recreational activity is responsible to act within the limits of his or her ability, to heed all warnings regarding participation in the recreational activity, to maintain control of his or her person and equipment, devices or animals the person is using while participating in the recreational activity, to refrain from acting in any manner that may cause or contribute to injury to himself or herself or to other persons while participating in the recreational activity.

All watercraft occupants must wear a Coast Guard Approved Personal Flotation Device (PFD)

How Many People Can We Have

We have 25 boats for daily rent, however we currently can only transport in our vehicle groups of 4 at a time. If you have a large group we suggest dropping off your paddlers at the starting point and then have your drivers park their vehicles at the finishing point. We'll pick up the drivers and transport them to the starting point.
